Yesterday evening Squirt 56 was requested to assist Warrington Fire Co. #1 with a large mulch fire. Squirt 56 responded with a crew of 3 and operated on scene from Midnight-7a. With the capabilities of the Squirt, the apparatus was able to place effective water on this deep seated fire and continue to knock down the fire. Crews were clear of the scene at 7am where they were rotated out with a new fresh crew from other companies in the area. During this operational period the Squirt flowed approximately 250,000 gallons of water onto the fire.
