1996 KME Renegade (Pipeline 49) Served 1997-2020

Pipeline 49 replaced the 1980 American LaFrance 1500 GPM Pumper (49-2-2). When put into service it was originally known as 49-2-2 before the county apparatus naming guidelines changed and the apparatus was known as Pipeline 49. Pipeline 49 is equipped with a HALE 1500 GPM pump with a 750-gallon water tank. It is powered by a Detroit Diesel Series 60 500 HP engine paired with an Allison Transmission. Other features include a climate-controlled cab with seating for 10 firefighters, 7.5 KW Onan Generator, a 10ton porta power, and a Whelen light package. When in service it was mounted with the following: Along with misc. hand tools and gas-powered equipment, Pipeline 49 carries 2400ft. of 5" supply hose, 500ft. of 3" hose, a 200ft. 2 1/2" cross-lay, 500ft of 2 1/2" dry storage, two 200ft. 1 3/4" cross-lays, 400ft. of 1 3/4" dry storage, and 300ft. of 1" forestry hose. The 1996 KME pumper replaced a 1981 American LaFrance pumper. Served 1997-2020. Sold to a private owner in North Carolina. Pipeline 49 said its last goodbyes to the station on March 10th, 2021. 

Boat 49-1 (Bottom) 2007 Aluminum V-Hull boat

Boat 1 is 16ft. long and is powered by a 30 HP Tohatsu 4 stroke engine. Boat 49-1 was sold to Lake Harmony Fire Company when the boat fleet was reduced to two boats. These boats are currently in operation Boat 56-1 a 2008 12 ft. Achilles Inflatable boat (Previously known as Boat 49-3 prior to Boat 49-1 being sold and Boat 56-2 a 2006 14ft. Achilles inflatable boat. 

2014 Ford Expedition Chiefs Car 

This vehicle replaced the previous Ford Bronco Chiefs car from the mid 90's. This vehicle was equipped with a full Chiefs console in the rear of the vehicle with assorted equipment. This vehicle was replaced by the current Car 56-3 which is a 2015 Ford Expedition. 

Boat 49-1 1991

(Bottom) Boat 49-1 1991 14 ft. Smokercraft V-Hull Aluminium Boat (Top) Boat 49-2 1984 12 ft. Zofiat Inflatable Boat. Boat 49-1 was replaced by a 2007 16 ft. Aluminum V-Hull Boat. Boat 49-2 was replaced by a 2006 Achilles Inflatable boat. 

1991 Spartan/E-One 2000 GPM Pumper

This apparatus served from approximately 1992-2008 under the designation of Engine 49-1 with the prior designation before the county switched its apparatus naming procedure, of 49-2-1. Replaced the 1973 American LaFrance 1250 GPM Pumper (49-2-1). One of the biggest fires the engine ran was at the Millenium fire in Conshohocken, PA which was in its last year of service. This apparatus was replaced by the current Engine 56-3 which is a 2009 Sutphen Monarch/Precision/Snozzel. 

1989 Mobil 56 CFM Cascade Trailer 

This piece of equipment served from 1989-2004 under the designation of Cascade 49. This piece of equipment was replaced by the current Rescue 56-3 a 2004 HME/Horton which has a Scott revolve air bottle filling station with a compressor and onboard air. 

1985 Ford E-350/Horton Water Rescue Unit

This piece of equipment served under the designation of Marine 49.

1985 Hahn/Salisbury Rescue Unit

This piece of equipment served from 1985-2004  under the designation of 49-8-1. This piece of  equipment was replaced by the current Rescue a 2004 HME/Horton. 

1985 Ford Bronco Chiefs Vehicle

Recognized under the designation of 49-5.

1983 GMC Topkick

1000 GPM Pumper. Recognized under the designation of 49-2-3

1981 Plymouth Volaire Chiefs Vehicle

Recognized under the designation of 49-5 and was replaced by the 1985 Ford Bronco Chiefs Vehicle.

1980 American LaFrance

Recognized as Engine 49-2-2. Equipped with 1500 GPM Pump. Replaced 1963 American LaFrance 1000 GPM Pumper.

1978 GMC Fire Police/Water Rescue

Recognized as 49-8-1. Towed boats for water rescues and carried water rescue and traffic control equipment. 

1973 American LaFrance

1973 American LaFrance 1250 GPM Pumper. Recognized as 49-2-1

1963 American LaFrance
1000 GPM Pumper. Replaced 1946 Ford 1000 Gallon Tanker. 
1957 Maxim

1957 Maxim 750 GPM Pumper. Replaced 1942 Ford 500 GPM Pumper. 

1950's International

1950's International Cascade Unit.

Currently owned by Swedesburg as it was refurbished back to near original state.
